Welcome to lucky866. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and Lucky866 Entertainment Ltd ("lucky866", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at lucky866.bet.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any feature of the lucky866 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the lucky866 platform.

lucky866 is operated under an internationally recognised gaming licence. These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the lucky866 platform, including PSL cricket betting, live casino, slots, Golden Bank, and any other features made available to Pakistani players and other eligible users.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the lucky866 website, mobile-optimised interface, and any related software or services operated by Lucky866 Entertainment Ltd.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and meets the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• "Balance" means the PKR funds held in a Player's Account, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any staking of real-money Balance or Bonus Funds on any betting market or casino game made available on the Platform.
• "PSL" means the Pakistan Super League T20 cricket competition, one of the primary betting markets covered by the lucky866 Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency of the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process mandatory for all lucky866 Account holders.

To register and maintain an Account on lucky866, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. lucky866 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Age verification via CNIC or valid passport is mandatory before any Account is fully activated.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online betting or casino services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of Lucky866 Entertainment Ltd or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme administered by lucky866 or any affiliated responsible gaming body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account on the lucky866 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. lucky866 relies on the information you provide for KYC compliance, payment processing, and responsible gaming monitoring. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• You must notify lucky866 customer support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• lucky866 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.
• KYC documentation — typically a copy of your CNIC or passport and proof of address — may be requested at any time and must be submitted within the timeframe specified by lucky866 support.

lucky866 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform integrates with JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank for seamless local transactions. No currency conversion fees are charged by lucky866 on PKR transactions.

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 1,000.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically faster than bank transfers.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with our AML policy. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• lucky866 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency payments, or payments via unverified third-party processors.
• lucky866 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Players should ensure their KYC documentation is complete and current to avoid delays.

All funds deposited by Players are held in segregated accounts separate from lucky866's operational funds. This means your PKR balance is ring-fenced and protected regardless of the operational status of Lucky866 Entertainment Ltd.

All bets and wagers placed on the lucky866 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These rules are displayed within the Platform at the point of bet placement and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bets are not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation notification from the Platform. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, lucky866 reserves the right to void the affected wager.
• All PSL cricket betting markets are subject to the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of match abandonment or postponement, bets will be settled in accordance with lucky866's specific cricket betting rules published on the Platform.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. lucky866 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• Casino game outcomes — including all slots, live dealer games, and table games — are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanics independently audited for fairness.
• lucky866 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at manifestly incorrect odds, or placed in circumstances that constitute a breach of these Terms.

lucky866 offers various promotional bonuses, free bet credits, and loyalty rewards to eligible Account holders. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the promotion. General bonus terms applicable to all lucky866 promotions are set out below.

• Bonus Funds are credited to your Account separately from your real-money Balance. Real-money Balance is used first in all wagers unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is published in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Account, per promotional period, unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same bonus via multiple Accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is a breach of these Terms.
• lucky866 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend wagering requirements, or cancel promotional campaigns at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to an Account and are actively being wagered will not be retroactively revoked during the wagering period.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

We strongly encourage all players to gamble within their means and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their Account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may cap the maximum PKR amount they can lose within any defined period.
• Session Reminders: Automated time alerts can be configured to notify you when you have been actively using the Platform for a set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request immediate Account suspension for a period of their choosing — from one week up to five years — via the self-exclusion tool in their Account settings or by contacting support.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary restrictions on Account access are available as an alternative to full self-exclusion.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications show your net session activity and elapsed session time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lucky866 Platform. Any breach of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one Account or assisting any other person to create an Account in breach of these Terms.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any software, bot, script, automated system, or exploit to interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with normal human use.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities in bets or casino games. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be removed from your Account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other activity prohibited by applicable AML regulations.
• Sharing Account access with any third party, or operating an Account on behalf of another individual.
• Abusing any promotional offer, including the creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus on multiple occasions.
• Engaging in any conduct that is threatening, abusive, or harassing towards lucky866 staff or other platform users.

All content on the lucky866 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of Lucky866 Entertainment Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of lucky866.

The lucky866 name, logo, and all related product names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of Lucky866 Entertainment Ltd. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of lucky866.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky866 Entertainment Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

lucky866 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

• lucky866 is not liable for any losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account login credentials.
• lucky866 is not liable for any losses arising from third-party payment provider delays, outages, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is not permitted, lucky866's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lucky866 Entertainment Ltd holds its gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and lucky866, we encourage all parties to first seek resolution through our internal complaints procedure by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Our support team will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, Players may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by lucky866's gaming licence authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available from our customer support team on request.

lucky866 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the lucky866 Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance.
